Terms and Conditions

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Mid South Home Buyers. By checking one or both of the separate SMS/MMS consent checkboxes on our Investor Profile form, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://midsouthhomebuyers.com/privacy-policy.

1) Program Description

When you opt in, Mid South Home Buyers may send you recurring marketing and customer care SMS/MMS text messages related to your interest in, or purchase of, turnkey investment properties. Message types may include:

• Subscription confirmations
• Responses to investment and property inquiries
• Notifications about available properties matching the preferences in your Investor Profile
• Call, property tour, and appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
• Purchase, contract, and closing coordination and status updates
• Two-way conversational support related to a potential or active property purchase

Marketing and promotional messages, including available property alerts, are sent only if you check the separate marketing consent checkbox. Customer care and transactional messages are sent only if you check the customer care consent checkbox. Marketing consent is collected separately from, and is not required for, customer care messages or any other service we provide.

We do not send messages for age restricted content. Messages about financing are not part of this SMS/MMS program.

2) How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Mid South Home Buyers using two separate consent checkboxes on our Investor Profile form at https://midsouthhomebuyers.com/investor-profile/. One checkbox covers customer care and transactional messages. A second, separate checkbox covers marketing and promotional messages, so marketing consent is collected on its own and is never combined with any other consent.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and are not required to submit the Investor Profile. Providing a mobile number or selecting a preferred method of contact does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS/MMS messages.

We do not use verbal, keyword, or inbound-text opt-in for this campaign. Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of submitting an Investor Profile, requesting information, purchasing a property, or receiving any other services from Mid South Home Buyers.

3) Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messaging is conversational and event-driven, based on your inquiries, the preferences you set in your Investor Profile, and your relationship with us.

4) Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for each message sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MSHB is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. For questions about your plan or rates, contact your wireless provider.

5) How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did originally.

6) How to Get Help

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us using the details in Section 9 below.

7) Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information, including mobile numbers.
